If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you choose to send. We use these details to respond, provide support, and maintain a reasonable business record.
3. Local browser storage
Fallows, cart quantities, theme preference, and cookie-banner consent are stored in your browser's localStorage. These values are not an account database. You can remove them through the website controls or your browser settings.
4. Catalog requests
The catalog page requests the local catalog.json file to display course information. The site does not send saved IDs or cart contents to a payment provider through this demonstration.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a local consent preference for the cookie banner. Vra Hearthcraft does not intentionally create advertising profiles from this learning website. Any future service would be described in an updated policy.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
